Chassis:

• Frame: Designed and manufactured by XCMG, the chassis features an all-covered walking surface, anti-torsion box structure, and optimal load-bearing structure design. It is made of imported high-strength steel, ensuring durability and stability during operations.
• Outrigger: The crane is equipped with 4 outriggers arranged in a K-shaped configuration. The lateral and vertical outriggers are hydraulically controlled. Both sides of the chassis have electronic control consoles with luminous level indicators, lighting, and speed buttons. The outrigger cylinders have one-way valves, and the vertical outriggers have two-way hydraulic locks. Float dimension is φ450mm, and the reaction force of the outrigger at maximum lifting load is 739KN.

Engine:

• MC11.40-50/WP12.375E50: An in-line six-cylinder water-cooled EFI diesel engine manufactured by MC/WEICHAI POWER. It has a rated power of 297kW/1900rpm or 276kW/1900rpm, with a maximum torque of 1900Nm/1000-1400rpm or 1800Nm/1000-1400rpm. The engine complies with national V emission standards.
• Fuel Tank Capacity: 350 liters, providing extended operational time between refuels.

Gearbox:

• Mechanical Transmission: Made by EATON, the gearbox features manual flexible shaft control with 10 forward speeds and 2 reverse speeds. This ensures smooth and precise control during operation.

Axles:

• Four-Axle Chassis: Axles 1 and 2 are steering axles, while axles 3 and 4 are driving axles. This configuration provides excellent maneuverability and load distribution.

Suspension:

• Front Suspension: Steel spring suspension for robust support.

Tires:

• Configuration: The crane is equipped with 12 tires and 1 spare tire. Axles 1 and 2 have single tires, while axles 3 and 4 have double tires.

Brakes:
